Our Working Through Birth Trauma circle provides a safe space for those who have experienced birth trauma and are ready to share their experiences.
Together with a health professional experienced in the maternity and mental health fields, you will be held in a safe, emotionally supportive and non-judgemental space with the freedom to share experiences, learn from and support each other. There will be time to share with the group, as well as time for connection and chat. We look forward to helping you debrief and growing your network.
